Young Jackfruit In Brine
A popular staple as a meat texture alternative, young jackfruit has quickly made it’s way into all of our kitchens! Simply drain, rinse, cut, boil and season with your favourite spices and you are already on your way to a savoury fibrous texture addition to all your favourite meals.
Since this is raw jackfruit that has not been previously processed, we recommend boiling for 10-15mins to obtain your desired softness.
