Gua Sha Massage Tool
Gua sha is a traditional, Chinese healing technique that offers a unique approach to better health. This natural alternative therapy involves using a tool (made of natural stone) to rub the skin in long strokes, applying enough pressure to create minor bruising. This action help improve circulation and chronic pain by moving energy, known as qi or chi, around the body. Gua sha may help to break down scar tissue and connective tissue, improving movement in the joints and release tension.
Use gently on face! Applying facial oil before use will ensure the tool glides easily across the skin. People who practice Gua sha daily may see results such as improved circulation, reduced wrinkles, improved skin tone and pigmentation, decongested sinuses and less puffy eyes.
* Personal research before use is recommended.
* This technique should not be used in the presence of certain medical conditions.
