Micro Pharms was started by a small urban farmer based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana where Christopher Pham grows a variety of Microgreens, herbs and vegetable. It all started off as a way to live a healthier, cleaner food lifestyle - eventually growing vegetables for friends, chefs and now the local stores in Louisiana.
During the pandemic, he was on the verge of losing the farm since restaurants were not ordering for months. With the help with of his grandfather, he found a solution and started to make Asian products using the herbs from the farm.
